Returns and exchange policy: Claims for defective merchandise must be made within five working days of receipt of order. For damaged, returned goods and sample memos call: 714-558-1209 for instruction and a Return Authorization Number, Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the out side of the package. Packages returned without the return authorization number will be refused.

All items accepted for return will be credited against future orders on a gram-for-gram basis. Since the price of gold is fixed
