Q: Is RODBALL available for Mac computers or for Palm Pilots?

A: No, not at this time.

Q: I’m running an older version of Excel. Can I still use RODBALL?

A: Sure, just specify in your order what version of Excel you are using. If you do not specify, RODBALL will be sent in Excel 2000 format.

Q: Can RODBALL be sent on a diskette or CD rather than via e-mail?

A: Sure. Just state your request in your order. I’ll send it via U.S. mail at no additional charge.

Q: Is the Excel version of RODBALL password-protected?

A: Yes. This protects the programs from being accidentally corrupted. The user does not need to be concerned about changing a formula or cell content. It just can’t happen.

Q: Which version of RODBALL should I buy?

A: If you have MS-Excel on your computer, the Excel version is the only way to go. Not only is it faster and easier to use than the original DOS version, it has additional features not available on the DOS version. One cool feature is the calculation of horizontal and vertical bullet displacement due to canting (tilting) of the firearm. This is a feature not often included in ballistics programs.
