THURSDAY, 11-15-07. Gee, it looks like I'm only updating this page once a year now. Well, my new adventure is a trip to Tokyo and Hiroshima! In 1999, I didn't visit the museum in Peace Park. I just walked around the park. Big mistake. I've regretted it for years. I'll definitely go there this time. After all, the atomic bomb affected my family so deeply. I'll also be visiting friends and family. Should be pretty fun! I'll keep you posted.
MONDAY, 11-20-06. It's been a while since I updated this page. Guess I haven't gone anywhere interesting lately. But that's about to change! Tonight I'm off to Tacloban, Ph, for 10 days. Should be a fun mix of beach resort relaxation and historical site-seeing. Tacloban is where General MacArthur's headquarters was in the south pacific... where he said, "I shall return!" The down side is, it's raining down there. Not only that, but I'm going with a sprained ankle!! Hmm, that'll make it interesting. Well, I shall return, too!! Probably limping. ;)
SUNDAY, 8-14-05. Went to Michelle's 2005 Showcase Nationals in Valencia yesterday. Last year, Michelle won first place when this competition was held in Dallas, and I was shocked that she won first place this year too! That's first out of approximately 200 skaters each time. Wow! Congrats, Michelle!! Today I'll be going to the Nisei Week parade to try and get a few good shots of little Katie on the float. See you there!
SATURDAY, 7-9-05. Taking Michelle and Tiffany to Furaibo tonight around 7:00 to celebrate their middle school graduations. They're both valedictorians!! Hope they can fit their BIG brains through the door. ;)

FRIDAY, 10-01-04. Going to Laguna Niguel Friday and Saturday for Marc and Yukiko's wedding. I finally get to leave everyone's favorite leprechaun suit at home. Oh, me lucky charms! This time I get to wear a sharp penguin outfit. Look out!
SATURDAY, 09-11-04. Heading to Lost Wages, Nevada, this weekend for the JAM tournament. I'll be staying at the Stratosphere, but I'll see y'all at the CAL Saturday night!!
TUESDAY, 08-08-04. Meeting Michael and Bev tonight at the Apple Pan for some awesome hickory burgers!! We'll be there around 8:00-ish. Call me on my cell if you'd like to join us!

MONDAY, 08-25-03. Well, on Wednesday (8/27) I'm taking off for a road trip up north. I'll be in San Franscisco on Wednesday and Thursday to check out Fisherman's Wharf and Ghiradelli Square. After that, I'll be heading to Sacramento to visit Alan, Margaret, and the kids. I'll drive back on Sunday in order to make it to Marc's bbq. If you need to get a hold of me, call me on my cell.

SATURDAY, 07-12-03. Well, we're on our way to San Diego to go kayaking in Mission Bay. Found out we needed advance reservations to kayak the La Jolla sea caves, so that'll be the next trip. Let me know if anyone is game!
THURSDAY, 06-26-03. Tonight Robert wants to talk real estate, so he's treating me to his favorite bistro. All right! Saturday morning at 11 a.m., I'll be rooting for Michelle at her competition at the Ice Station in Valencia. If anyone wants to go, let me know!

SATURDAY, 07-13-02. Man, that trip to the Southwest was pretty awesome! Had some great hikes at Grand Canyon, Zion, Arches, Bryce, Monument Valley, etc. It was great to get outdoors again. Been couped up too long in the office reading, reading, reading. Well, tomorrow we're going kayaking in Long Beach near Belmont Shores. So far Ron, Tiff, Jennifer, and I are going. Judy, Erik, Glenn and Perry are maybe's. Keith and Loreen, I'm not sure. Steve, what r u doing? Anybody else??? Let me know. We're probably leaving around 1:00.
SATURDAY, 05-18-02. Today I'll be helping out at Erik and Judy's church carnival. I get to be in the udon booth. Hope everyone likes my secret ketchup and mustard broth! Mmm. ;) Well, drop by. FRIDAY, 04-26-02. I haven't updated this section for a while. Ok, let's see, what's going on? Well, tonight I'll be going to Michelle's ice skating recital at Culver Ice Rink at 7:00 pm. Michelle's skating has really improved! Come by and check her out if you have time.
FRIDAY, 04-05-02. TGIF! Well, tonight should be pretty fun. A bunch of us have been invited to Marc's parents' house to eat, drink, and be merry. Marc is back in town for a three-day visit, so this is a good way for him to see most of us all in one shot. Tomorrow night I'll be going to see my coworker Kendall's play.
