Examples :

One 1-hour tape, $18.00 ($10 + $3 + $5) plus sales tax where appropriate.
One 3-hour tape, $28.00 ($20 + $3 + $5) plus sales tax where appropriate.

With the tape to be transferred, send the following:

The name of the country to which the transferred tape is going.
The television standard of the destination country (if you know it).
Your Name, Address and Telephone Number.
A check or money order for the correct amount.

Tapes to be transferred are accepted on condition that their value does not
exceed the cost of a new, blank tape.
Unauthorised duplication of copyrighted materials is prohibited.
Any unauthorised request to duplicate copyrighted materials will be returned unprocessed.
