Someone wrote; "Agents should post the names of these shameless supervisory bastards on DEA Watch so the world can see who flunked Leadership 101".
You have GOT to be kidding!!!
Every frigging G/S and above who is already named on the DEA Watch Weekly Job Performance Survey is applying maximum effort on his or her underlings for a high vote... or better yet... no vote. And every G/S and above who's name is not listed on the DEA Watch WJP is stroking everyone under his or her immediate purview to resist submitting his or her name to DEA Watch.
But it is not the positive 'strokes' these frightened managers are delivering to get "O" and "E" votes, or no votes, it is the threats they are communicating to keep people from voting... or submitting names.
The unemployment rate is high in all of our office areas where we employ the most slaves. Nobody wants to get on their manager's S**t List. People in our offices need their jobs. Keeping food on our kitchen tables is more important right now than anything else. The Obama WH knows this. And it is why the Obama WH is not working to fix the economy or make people's lives better. Obama wants to keep the economy in ECON 1 mode (similar to DEFCON 1) so that Fed mgrs can continue pressuring subordinates for greater productivity, and so corporations can continue selectively firing employees who are either pro-union, potential whistleblowers, or worse... have moral conscienceness. We have not left the Bush Era yet. The Bush 'Personal Greed Priority' continues to exist under Obama... but it would be worse under a President Hillary Clinton... and we would all probably now either be Chinese slaves or our streets would be completely lawless if McCain and Palin had won last November... yes, it's hard to believe that a full year ago we had so much hope... hope that was dashed because we did not elect a president who would fulfill his campaign promises... we elected a smooth-talking Negro who will go anywhere to be treated like a celebrity, but will do nothing to fulfill the promises he made a year ago...
Obama is an ego, not a President. Obama requires praise, he does not deliver promise. Obama may be the worse thing to happen to our country since George W. Bush.

Someone wrote: "... with DOS and CIA having to kick $3mil smackolas out of their budgets over to him..."
Wrong!
All DOS and CIA PTA funds are now being channeled under DOS's Guam Buildup Fund (To Counter the Pending China Conflict). State and CIA will suffer no budgetary loss. They will write-off the Horn cost inside the Guam Budget where DOS and CIA's hide their theater expenses... and it's all quite legal, and necessary, so don't bother sending an outrage letter to your two Senators.
Surely everyone should have figured this out when China specifically entered the clause about "... respecting China's (theater) national security interests..." three times in its statement to Obama which our President, bless his soul, refused to sign neither as a DOS MOD or MOU. China was left with only speaking the words on its own behalf... in other words, HU was left holding his tiny Chinese pecker in his hand.

C'mon kids! Let's quit BS'ing ourselves. We all know very well why Horn got his case re-heard and won, with DOS and CIA having to kick $3mil smackolas out of their budgets over to him... the fact is China is funding the military's of more than a dozen ASEAN nations... Burma being one... that's where Horn lives... and that's where the most potent dope can be grown.
The new CIA and the new DOS now NEED Rick Horn's knowledge, advice and (D/W redacted). The $3mil will be a policy and goodwill payment, but both agencies hope to get their money's worth from Horn's vast reservoir of info. Horn (D/W redacted).
The Rick Horn story isn't over, folks... it's only just begun... with a large down payment for services expected (D/W redacted).

Is it not curious that when the suits got together earlier this year to figure out just how much money they wanted in the bonus pool to spread around to the selected receivers that the amount came to approx $10M... and the budget increase for personnel Leonhart submitted to Congress was that same figure (the cost of hiring about 9-12 new agents)... which means that Leonhart was hoping Congress would give her the $10mil that she would give out in bonuses but she would not actually hire those 10 or so new agents until FY11, if at all. She can easily hire to match attrition and still count them as new hires. What a sneaky, greedy bi**h!

I strongly disagree! I was very happy to see DEA Watch cancel last year's voting. I am not pleased to see it come back this year.
If it has not occurred to everyone by now, this is no longer an agency of individuals. We are an agency of team members. Gone are the days of the lone, renegade, testosterone soaked male who runs out on the street and drags in a half-dozen drug dealers before the flag is piped down. Gone are the days of the Baby Einstein males who get permission to plan operations on their own. Gone are the days of the one-man arrests. Everything is done by group and teamwork these days. No more humiliation of our female and slight males who were not permitted to work cases on their own so therefore never got any credit or prestige.
Thanks to former Administrator Constantine for eliminating publicity for single agents. Thanks to all of our succeeding Administrators after Mr. Constantine for continuing the policy. The bygone days of the super-hero male agent are over. May they never return. No one, single person should receive any credit, publicity or prestige in this agency. There should be no such thing as a "Special Agent of the Year"... which can only be a male.

I would like to recommend Bill Gilligan of the USPS for HSAY. Bill has been of enormous help to (DEA) by sparing no asset or assistance in identifying illegal drug and bogus prescription drug shipments sent through the US mail system. With Bill's expert and energetic help (DEA) has intercepted substances that would have resulted in great harm to the public.

I would like to Second the nomination of Hillary Clinton. After her very stern face-to-face brow-beating of Hamid Karzai she obtained from him something that the idiots Powell and Rice (as Secretaries of State) never got out of Karzai... which was a spoken and written commitment to create and maintain an Afghan defense force that would actively pursue terrorist elements in Afghanistan to prevent them from training and transporting terrorism to other countries.
Finally!!! We have a competent White House that is actually doing something!!!
Now... if only the WH would compel Exec Branch agencies such as ours to do likewise... such as beginning with firing our Bush appointed Acting Administrator and getting us a man or woman who will actually and seriously WORK!!!

"Special Agent of the Year":
Someone wrote: "I am very, very, very glad to see that DEA Watch has restored its infamous Special Agent of the Year Award and all of its sub-categories. Thank you!"
The last six years working under two women (Tandy, then Leonhart) has changed this agency's personality, as well as the personalities of everyone in this agency, for the worse.
The instinctive hatred that females have for each other has permeated this agency to the point that I know of no one in this agency who can believe, accept or be convinced that there is any 1811 better than they are. This agency is, in every way, a woman's agency where everyone thinks like a woman... that is, no woman can ever accept that another woman is 'better' than her.
In other words, don't expect any agent in this agency to nominate another agent to be listed as better they are... anymore than one would expect a women to offer sincere praise to another woman who is wearing the same dress.
DEA is now like a quilt club or the Marine Corps... which means we all think the same way in this respect: "No one in this group can possibly be better than me. I am the best there is, or could be. And I because I am perfect and not lacking in any virtue, including modesty, I won't nominate myself for Special Agent of the Year."
As for the muy macho wussies in this agency who like to belittle women by calling us "splittails"... I have never met a male who didn't have a split down the backside where animals have tails. And with all of the male homosexuals now in this agency I find it hard to believe that we really don't have more 'mental females' than we have males... that is, if you count the girls born with holes who like 'poles' along with the number of male homo's in DEA who also like poles. This is an agency that is now at war with itself because the domestic environment in every one of our offices is all about competing with each other to cut a favorite stud or a cow out of the herd for personal use, not to mention that the spouse-cheating is epidemic. The hetero females are fighting with the hetero females for anyone they can catch, but the homo males are scarfing up bigtime because they get to corner their selections in the male restrooms that we can't go into. Let the women use the male restrooms, and vice versa, and this agency will truly reveal itself as more about the war we are really fighting than the so-called drug war paying our salaries.

I am very, very, very glad to see that DEA Watch has restored its infamous Special Agent of the Year Award and all of its sub-categories. Thank you!
I would like to nominate our Secretary of State, the fifth in line of the presidency, to be our Honorary Special Agent of the Year.Of all the Obama appointees Ms. Clinton has proven herself to be, by far, the best. And that is probably because she would have been president if Obama had not won the nomination.
Ms. Clinton is one tough momma. If more of our women in DEA were like Hillary they could shame our Bushie-cowboy male S/A's into being real men instead of the pregnant-looking punks that too many of them are.
And is it not very curious that our ballsy SecDef did not invite our First Potato Chip Eater (Ms. Leonhart)... with her phony, stick-on smiley face... to go to Afghanistan with her...

I would like to send a message to certain persons in the WH.
Please advise these persons that their training and preparation of the President for his Town Hall replies in China were of the highest degree and have received the highest respect and appreciation and applause from everyone at this desk.
Our enormous satisfaction is extended to the President for sounding all of the necessary notes and tones in pursuance of our Nation's and humankind's most laudable ambitions and needs. The President never missed either a beat or an opportunity. He greatly exceeded our hopes, desires and expectations. He is outstandingly appreciated by this staff and its entire pool.
China can now be considered cooperative.
By his smile and his handshake Hu has publicly and photographically accepted an African-American to be an equal human -- African-American's have been, for decades, slandered internationally by racist whites in this agency and others as mental and biological inferiors. Many government officials and corporate executives of Asian countries have refused to touch or shake the hand of an African-American. But the leader of China has accepted and shaken the hand of an African-American... refuting the racist Caucasian training of decades. Barack Obama's intellect and performance during his Town Hall meeting in Shang-hai Province requiringly precipitated Hu's smile and handshake. Humanity has taken a giant leap forward.
What only Caucasian females in our country have accepted for generations -- the equality and substance of an African-American male -- is now accepted throughout the entire Asian world.
The difference in our change of government last year that China now clearly recognizes between Barack Obama and George Bush is the equivalent of comparing an amoebae to a man. George W. Bush's 'amebic' intellect turned back the clock of progress hundreds of years. Obama is restoring and advancing us back to the future.
The 'cowboy' period is over. The 'Einstein' period has evolved.
The Chinese live by the astrological calendar. The Chinese are aware that our world is now in The Age of Aquarius. Our universe has truly resumed in progress toward mind over matter.

"QSS"... I get it!... Or rather my wife did, for me.
"QSS" means ""Que Sera Sera". It is the theme song in the movie "The Man Who Knew Too Much". It's operant lines are, "The future is mine to see... what will be will be."
My wife is a former CIA analyst. She remembered that phrase from a long time ago. She says it dropped from CIA vernacular in the middle 1970's, but was active since the late 1950's.
The only thing I have not yet figured out is how it pertains to my question and your answer. I only have one wife who can tell me only so much. Please provide what a non-existent second or third wife cannot tell me.
D/W redacted,
CI, Posted Langley
D/W Note: At this time I can only offer a much older operant: "Ask me no questions and I will tell you no lies."
If you would like a movie reference for that operant, which if you are wise enough to interpret it, will also fully explain what you won't be told directly. Seek out this film: "The Man Who Never Was." The Survey author tells me to inform you that the answers you desire are spoken in the film's dialogue "in plain Britain."

Sorry, pal. We are a girl-driven agency... and the few boys in the band serving at HQ as SES backup singers for Michele are all fatties who have their heads stuck inside the same potato chip bag our Acting Administrator cannot get her head out of.
When CIA lost an agent they got mad, then got a conviction...
Yeah... John Walker, who performed better than any CIA agent by getting inside al-Queda, is serving time more for CIA revenge than for any crime he committed. But he is still serving time for the death of Johnny Spann, a good-hearted CIA agent who just wanted to treat al-Queda prisoners as human beings to that he could get the information we needed... but Spann worked against Bush and Cheney policy which was 'Kill them all and let God sort them out'.
In our case we've lost three agents and we don't even have a dog to blame.
But that is the price we pay when we have a girl in charge.
Girls are great in bed, superb in the kitchen. Masterful at mothering... but they just don't make good combatant-minded warriors and generals in time of war... or peace.
Suck it up, pal. This is the DEA... known throughout the illegal drug world as the 'Tampon Agency'.

"Results of Yesterday's 24 hour Survey", con't:
I have two questions regarding the recent Survey. One, we don't know until much later, and sometimes never, what person or what agency or office commissions these Survey's. Is it possible to learn who commissioned the recent Survey? And 2) The recent Survey seems to have come out of the blue. There has been no chatter about SS or any other agency. Can we learn if any changes in that agency which might affect DEA are being contemplated? (I ask this question because DEA Watch was the first to alert everyone about the creation and job openings in HSA which I am now employed, having given up my DEA Gold Badge for this better job.) Thank you for any responses to my questions.
D/W redacted,
CI, Posted Langley
D/W Note. 1) No. You may not know the Survey source because the source author(s) does wish to be known at this time.
2), HSA was created due to the following six conditions:
At such time in the foreseeable future when health care, banking and [Active Duty/National Guard] military reform are completed, a necessary re-re-alignment of federal agencies will be instituted under saner and more efficiency and economy-minded operational guidelines to provide more accurate, timely and serviceable public need.
World War II required massive federal overhaul. Three levee breaches in New Orleans and nineteen suicidal homeboys from Saudi Arabia did not.
Be prepared for inevitable correctional changes to the current agency structure. Wait patiently for announcements. Make any future career agency-change decision based on personal and family comfort.

Results of Yesterday's 24 hour Survey:
DEA Watch Survey, 15 November 2009 Should the USG Establish a Senior Executive Protective Service to guard VIPs? TOPIC: The first USG protective service was Pinkertons, a private agency. Pinkertons was highly respected with no black marks. It successfully protected the President of the United States and visiting heads of state. It was only after Pinkerton's was dismissed that its former protectee was assassinated. Currently, many USG agencies obtain VIP protective services from private agency contractors. However, some contractors have questionable, if not outright sinister, histories or have been banned in foreign countries. Although the GAO has never been tasked with comparing protection costs between USG and private agencies, many believe that VIP protection can be successfully achieved at lower cost and higher public approval using USG services which will not engage in competitive or corporate sales of its service in the private sector.
(DEA Watch Note: Statistical results are rounded off to their nearest whole number.)
QUESTION 1/6: Should the President advocate for a Senior Executive Protection Agency to provide Secret Service-like guardianship of VIPs to replace the commercial contractors now being employed?
Yes... 83%
No... 17%
QUESTION 2/6: The United States Marines Corps is employed by the Department of State to guard its embassy properties, yet DOS does not employ the USMC to guard its personnel on station or when traveling. Should the USMC be considered as a primary resource, if not DOS' sole protection agency, to guard the Secretary of State and other DOS officials?
Yes, but Marines should always be in uniform... 04%
Yes, but Marines can wear civilian dress when appropriate... 73%
No... 23%
QUESTION 3/6: The USMC is a department under the U.S. Navy. The USMC has historically produced outstanding and competent personnel who later evolved to civilian or government LE service. Should the USMC in its current capacity as Embassy protectors be specially authorized to train and supply Executive Protection agents or officers to replace all private contract agencies?
Yes... 63%
No... 37%
QUESTION 4/6: Due to the increased personnel security needs of USG officials, should the Secret Service be solely committed to personnel protection?
Yes... 81%
No... 19%
QUESTION 5/6: Should the Secret Service be moved from the Homeland Security Department to a separate agency under the Executive, with its other (non-protection) duties transferred to other agencies?

"Rick Horn gets three million, but we get a lot more", con't:
A long time ago, I believe it must have been ten years ago, there was an article in Gentleman's Quarterly [GQ] Magazine about S/A Horn. I have not been able to find a copy of that edition, and the GQ website is so screwed up with motion graphics and tit flicks it is impossible to search or navigate. In any event, GQ is not providing archive access to its ancient reports so I cannot find the name of the reporter who wrote the GQ article on Rick Horn. Also, there used to be a DEA Watch main website called dea.htm where there existed an extensive report on the Horn case. Who was the author of that report and why isn't that report still available?
D/W Note:
1. The name of the GQ reporter is Mary A. Fisher. She has a personal website at http://www.maryafisher.com. Her website as a contact link that provides her literary agent's email address.
2. The DEA.HTM website report was titled: "The Rape of Richard Horn". It was published in 1999 and authored by Phill Coleman, DEA Watch's editor-in-chief. That report, as well as a collection of court documents [ DEA40.EXE ] are freely accessible from the Law Enforcement Wing on The American War Library: http://www.amervets.com/library.htm
3. DEA Watch has filed a request to GQ to republish its 1999 article. We have not yet heard back from GQ.

"Rick Horn gets three million, but we get a lot more":
The news says that Rick Horn will get three million smackolas for having his furniture wired by CIA in Burma. CIA wanted to know what Horn (and DEA) learned about the dope being produced there. But sadly for CIA their office staffed a bunch of sex perverts who also recorded Horn and his wife's sex noise... which CIA and State Dept pervs and their spouses shared between themselves for fun and stimulation.
Good for Horn! Hope he doesn't spend it all in a week at Walmart!
But good for us because now we know that CIA has wired every DEA residence overseas and NSA has wired every important DEA agent living in our country.
So if you want to know why it is that military aircraft are flying in tons of illegal drugs... just as they did during the Vietnam War. And if you want to know why no oil tanker is ever inspected for illegal drugs. And if you want to know why certain bags pass through certain USPS offices with misleading routing registrations... it is because of the information CIA and NSA learns from our agents by wiring our cars, cell phones, office phones, homes... and puts cameras in our TV's.
You have, no doubt, heard the line about "any 'lawyer' who defends themself has a fool for a client." Well, the same is true for "any DEA Agent who disbelieves he or she isn't wired or tracked 24/7 has a fool for a soul."
CIA and NSA wanted us to believe that Horn was a paranoid nut, just as State and HQ wanted us to believe that Markey was a schizoid nut. Luckily, Horn got out with his life because Clinton and his Vice President didn't order or approve the deaths of American agents. Others who served under Bush Jr, or the generals appointed by Bush that Obama refuses to fire, weren't -- and won't be -- so lucky.

"Thank God, the American public is seeing reality", con't:
Someone wrote: "...the s**tload of drugs coming into our country with help from corruption in our military and law enforcement."
Yes, it does seem a bit quizzical that the Obama Administration disapproves of corruption in the Karzai government... yet has done nothing to increase the number of military policemen, CID and FBI agents in Afghanistan to root out and terminate the Americans over there who are enabling Afghan government corruption.
There is no sense in sending anymore DEA agents. DEA agents are hard workers but DEA agents are incredibly stupid. They keep what they know to themselves... which means that when they are killed, such as in the helicopter incident several weeks ago, everything they knew about corrupt Americans died with them.
We need to send more FBI, MP's and CID. These folks are smart enough to tell their family members what they learn. They know that by telling the people closest to them their secrets they protect their lives because they know that those who would want to kill them, as our DEA agents were easily gotten rid of, will know that they aren't killing their secrets too.

"Thank God, the American public is seeing reality", con't:
During his eight years as President George W. Bush never attended a single military funeral and he never went to Dover AFB to preside over the homecoming of a dead American he sent to Iraq or Afghanistan.
Bush could have tried to redeem his pathetic record of increasing heroin production in Afghanistan by attending at least one of the three funerals of our agents who were murdered in Afghanistan when their Chinook was brought down by still unexplained circumstances that none of need ponder the cause of.
Sadder still, our fat and lazy Acting Administrator never once uttered a word of criticism for Bush's non-appearance. After all, Leonhart was appointed by Bush and she is counting on his financial supporters to help her find a job when Obama grows up and realizes that allowing her to stay in office until she maximizes her retirement benefits is a total disservice to the children of our country who continually remain exposed to greater influx of illegal drugs while Leonhart -- who has been in office for five of the Bush years -- sat on her fat a** and has done and said nothing about ending the s**tload of drugs coming into our country with help from corruption in our military and law enforcement.

"Thank God, the American public is seeing reality":
In 2000 the Bush campaign succeeded in convincing the American public that a draft-dodging coward was better able to lead our military than a volunteer who served in Vietnam. In 2004 the Bush campaign succeeded in convincing the American public that a draft-dodging coward was better able to lead our military than a Silver Star and multiple-Purple Heart recipient who volunteered to serve in Vietnam.
But after eight years of failing to win two stagnated military-police actions and failing to capture or kill Osama bin Laden when our military had him dead in it's sites (at Tora Bora), our country wised up and realized that a war coward does not trump a war volunteer... or a war hero. Alas, the overwhelming Bush rejection in 2008 didn't seem to educate everyone...
Today Mitt Romney, another Vietnam War draft-dodger and war coward had the audacity to question the military judgment of the man the American people decided was capable of resolving the mess in Iraq and Afghanistan that Bush failed to resolved. Mitt Romney is the same gutless coward who has four sons, all of whom have refused to serve in our military... and whom Mitt attempted to claim in 2007 that their working on his Presidential campaign was the equivalent of serving in our military. What sheer, utter audacity!!!
Where in blazes do these shameless and gutless cowards come from???
Why is it that the warmongers who keep calling for more battle deaths never volunteered to serve in our military as young men... and now keep their sons and daughters out of the military???
We can all thank God that the American public now sees straight through these gutless sissies who would, if they could, award themselves and their gutless sons and daughters Medals of Honor simply for not tripping over their own feet while walking.
Shame on anyone in this agency -- where our people die for a living -- who ever again would vote for a gutless coward come election day next.

"Ft Hood shooter details being discovered", con't:
Someone wrote: "The doctor was kept in a medically induced coma for three days to prevent his being cognizant..."
One can only wonder if his reported paralysis is also "induced" and if so, is it permenant maliciously caused by an angry or racist surgeon's scalpel, or it is a controlled situation intended to induce Hasan to comply with certain requests in a trust building relationship with someone on this cure-team who is also working to elicit information from the doctor he won't otherwise provide.., or agree to.
No doubt this doctor should have been granted a Conscientious Objector discharge -- along with a huge bill to repay his medical training -- and expeditiously released from military service. In the early 1970's the Army had to stop sending Amer-Asian enlisted personnel to Vietnam because white racism got so bad over there that even our own soldiers were called "gooks", or had to hear that word 100 times a day. Any Muslim-American soldier who does not want to be exposed to American racism in Iraq or Afghanistan should not be ordered to serve in those countries.
Hasan is a jerk, no doubt about it. When his Conscientious Objector plea was denied he could have quite easily gotten out of the Army -- as thousands have done to avoid serving in Iraq and Afghanistan -- simply by openly claiming to be homosexual. Or, he could have done what George W. Bush did to avoid going to Vietnam... go AWOL.
However, it is a good thing that the crazy doctor was also quite stupid. Because had he collected the chemicals he was aware of through his medical training that could kill hundreds, he could have concocted an aerosol that would have taken far more lives than his reloadable.
The FBI did not fail in their denial of information to Army CID. It was the Army that fails by not allowing cowards, nuts and Muslims to leave the military... or simply order them to serve in another country other than one in the Middle East.

"Something's wrong", con't:
Someone wrote: "Something is wrong with this conviction. Louisiana has a death penalty... How can a person murder an LE agent in Louisiana and keep his life?"
The answer to that question is simple... when a US Attorney does not seek the death penalty in a case where a federal LE officer is killed it is because the USA is aware of some degree of culpability, however small, on the part of the officer... culpability that may have precipitated the violent action resulting in his or her death/murder.
Recall that Leonhart adamantly refused to put Byrne's name on the Wall of Honor... ask yourself 'why???'. Recall that there were several posts on DEA Watch questioning Byrne's personal lifestyle.
Hopefully, the one good thing that will come out of Byrne's death is that the network of LE agents and officers who selected meeting/conference sites in cities where legal prostitution or other sexual deviance is both accepted and widespread will stop. Sin towns are not the place to hold bogus LE meetings so that the participants can escape their wives to shoot their wads at taxpayer expense.
