There are many Wheel of Time based chatrooms. Chatting about the actual Wheel of Time books doesn't always occur in them, but you will certainly be able to find a place where everyone is familiar with Robert Jordan. Most of the chatrooms are part of larger sites and IRC-only Wheel of Time communities are hard to find these days.
