One of the greatest successes of the Wheel of Time series is its established Internet fan base. Robert Jordan is a close runner-up to J. R. R. Tolkien for the number and extent of fan web sites based around his series. The Wheel of Time Internet community had an early start on Usenet, and the rec. arts Robert Jordan newsgroup is still a thriving community. Since then, many webmaster tools, webrings, directories, art downloads, and other resources have been developed.

Silklantern Web Tools - Offers a Wheel of Time newswire (a line of HTML code you can paste into an HTML document, in order to automatically display the latest Robert Jordan publishing news).

Silklantern Crossroads - This directory covers most things Wheel of Time, and has especially good links to non English publisher and fan sites. You can submit your own links to the engine and someone will review and add them within the week.
