I first visited Dealy Plaza in 1974
Since then I have returned many times
Much has been written by so called "experts"
Who probably couldn't find Dallas on a Texas map
I don't claim to have solved it
But I do have an opinion
Through my research I feel that the much maligned
Jim Garrison was very close to solving the JFK murder
His investigation revealed the New Orleans connection
I have no doubt that Carlos Marcello, David Ferrie and Guy Bannister
Were involved in a joint CIA, Mafia venture
Whether or not they actually planned the assassination
Is still open for much speculation
The Johnson Administration through the Warren Commission
Went to great lenghts
to convince The American Public that
Lee Harvey Oswald
was a lone nut, a social misfit
Just some crazy guy who wanted to be famous
The facts on Oswald are a little different
Lee Oswald still in his teens enlisted in the U.S. Marines
While on active duty he taught himself to speak Russian
Numerous events in his military service create suspicion
Oswald clearly lived beyond his means especially while stationed in Japan
Lee was at Atsugi AB, home of the U2 spy plane
He was known to frequent upper scale establishments
Notoriously linked to the intelligence community
In 1959 Lee recieved an early discharge
Supposedly to spend time with his ailing mother
Instead Lee headed for the Soviet Union and defected
After announcing his allegiance to the USSR
Oswald proclaimed that he would give the KGB
Radar secrets concerning U2 flights over the Soviet Union
It should be noted this was a few months prior to
Francis Gary Powers having his U2 shot down over Russia
Oswald renounced his American citizenship and moved to Minsk
Where he was provided a job in a Soviet radio factory
In 1961 Lee married a Soviet woman with links to the KGB
Then he suddenly decided to return home to the United States
With financial aid from the US Government
Lee, his wife Marina and their new baby arrived back in the U.S.A. in 1962
All this during the height of the Cold War
Yet Oswald was never prosecuted for treason
Oswald was never even questioned by the U.S. Government about his life in the Soviet Union
The government also wants us to believe
That he devised a plan to assassinate the President
Using his own legally obtained mail order rifle
A Mannlicher-Carcano Italian bolt action rifle know for it's inaccuracy
Armed with only 4 rounds of ammunition from the 1950’s
Lee choose to shoot JFK, from his place of employment
During his lunch hour
And then use a public bus as a means to escape
About one hour after the shooting an army of Dallas' finest
Together with FBI agents and the Dallas District attorney
Converged on the Texas theater to arrest an unknown person
For sneaking into the movie theater without paying
This "criminal" turned out to be Lee Harvey Oswald
At the same time across town at Parkland Hospital
The dead President was being transported to Air Force One
Over objections by Texas authorities and in clear violation of Texas law
For the flight to Bethesda Naval hospital to have an autopsy performed
Dr. Humes, who conducted the procedure with two other military pathologists
Was so inexperienced with ballistic wounds
That he missed the bullet wound in JFK's throat
Dr. Humes didn't realize that there was a wound in the throat
Until Dallas doctors discussed it with him the next day
Even Supporters of the Warren Commission
Admit the autopsy was a shambles
The Warren Commission and it’s conclusions
Are an insult to the intelligence of the American people
The Warren Commission never attempted to solve the crime
They only wanted to prove that Oswald did all the shooting
They failed to determine the exact number of shots
They failed to explain the "Secret Service Agents" in Dealy Plaza
They failed to investigate the involvement of Jack Ruby in this crime
The Warren Commission expects the American public to believe that it was simply
A coincidence that in a large metropolis the size of Dallas
Jack Ruby lived less than a mile from Lee Oswald
It was a coincidence that Oswald was heading towards Rubys apartment
When confronted by Officer Tippit at 10th and Patton
It was a coincidence that Marina Oswald was receiving
English lessons from Jack Rubys neighbor
It was mere happenstance that Ruby showed up in the basement of
The Dallas Police Station and executed the handcuffed Oswald on live television
In my opinion the lynchpin to the JFK Assassination was Jack Ruby
Ruby was seen at wandering in Parkland Hospital
By veteran reporter Seth Kantor
within minutes of JFK's arrival
Kantor had a conversation with Ruby
At Parkland at the same time JFK was in the Emergency Room
Kantor who had spoken to Ruby on numerous occasions over the years
Knew him well
The Warren Commission claimed Kantor simply misidentified Ruby
And was speaking with someone He only thought was Ruby that day in Parkland
The fact that this person was named Jack
And addressed Kantor by name
Did not seem to impress the Warren Commission investigators
Another amazing coincedence that occured in Parkland that fateful day
Was the finding of CE399 "The Magic Bullet" on a stretcher
In the same Parkland Hospital hallways that Ruby was wandering
And speaking of CE399
Medical experts agree that there were more metal fragments
Left in the wrist of Governor Connally after surgery
Then were missing from "The Magic Bullet"
And to further complicate the issue
One of the Surgeons who worked on the Governor at Parkland
Told Dallas reporters in a weekend press conference
That there was still a bullet embedded in the leg of Governor Connally
Add that to the "missile" recovered
By the FBI at the JFK autopsy and we have
Far to many bullets than any single shooter could fire
In Dealy Plaza that afternoon
It has always baffled me that if you believe
The Warren Commissions view of Oswald
That he just wanted to be someone
That Lee Oswald was a failure in life
And this was his way to become infamous
Then why would he claim innocence
And further belittle himself by
Claiming to be a “Patsy”
Why wouldn’t he shout out
I Did It, It Was Me
Now I’m Famous
My conclusion differs from many of the Warren Commission critics
I cannot accept the mysterious Grassy Knoll shooters
I've been there, I've stood behind the picket fence
In my opinion when you are concealed from view
You can't see the killing zone
When you get a good clear view of the assassination site
There is no concealment, no place to hide
I believe anyone shooting from the Grassy Knoll
Or the Picket Fence would easily have been seen and photographed
Therefore I believe that (4 to 6) shots were fired in Dealy Plaza that day
ALL FROM THE REAR
From two different locations
(2) Striking Governor Connally
(2) Striking President Kennedy
I also believe in Oswalds claim of innocence
He was just as he said "A PATSY"
It’s been over 40 years since JFK’s murder
The time has come to release all the documents
And finally tell the truth to America
