ABC FlowCharter 2.0

Wrote the user's guide for this popular Windows flowchart drawing program. Devised outline for book and documented features based on use of the product and interviews with developers. Also wrote text for quick reference card and the majority of the mini-tutorials included with the product.

Address Database Program

Wrote user's guide for Windows address database program. Formatted text, created screen shots and index, and laid out camera-ready pages. Also wrote, edited, and laid-out user's guide for utility used for correcting addresses from within Microsoft Word. Created on-line help for this product.

Label-Printing Software

Documented new features for software used to print labels. Designed template for book, formatted text, created screen shots and index, and laid out camera-ready pages. Created extensive Windows Help for this product, including over 200 linked topics and a comprehensive index.

Web Activity-Measurement Program

Documented new features of WWW activity-measurement program that runs under Windows 95. Created HTML pages for the text and laid out text and graphics.

Web Communication Program

Wrote, edited, and formatted user's guide for Web-based communications program that allows customers to check, send, and receive voice, e-mail, and faxed messages via the Web or telephone.

Font Installation Program

Wrote installation guide for font software.
