| Heddon Black Beauty (#17) 8 ½ 3/2
2 1/2F (6 wt) All sections full length, and complete. Excellent overall condition.
This late era rod is an enigma. At first glance it appears to be a mint rod with the
original plastic still on the handle. However the bag is a replacement (still a Heddon
bag, but from a different model). All black wraps, beautiful varnish doesnt have a
scratch. The grip appears to be original and virtually unused, the remnants of the
original plastic cover still attached. The original labeled tube is in excellent
condition, original bag tag included. Ive lawn cast this rod a couple
times
its powerful and pleasant. Excellent E-mail me with

| E.W. Edwards Autograph Special #52 9
3/2 (6 wt). All original full length and complete. Excellent overall condition. This is a
beautiful rod with Payne like aesthetics. This is one of my favorites. A well
cared for, lightly used rod, both powerful and precise. Light soil on grip a few nicks in
varnish, locking ring is slightly cracked, but hold a reel just fine. Original bag
and labeled tube. Very Good E-mail me with questions:

| E.C. Powell Hollowbuilt 3/3 9' (5 wt). All
full length professionally restored rod. Only lawn cast since restoration.
Probably a later E.C. built by Tony Maslan. B series, full flexing taper, almosts
casts itself. One of the 3 tips is an extra Powell tip I had laying around.
When I had the rod restored I had this tip wrapped to match, unfortunately it is not the
same taper as the others. Original bag and tube. Very Good Restored. The
picture shows some distortion. The rod is straight as an arrow.

rare. On original canvas covered form case, no bag. Very Good. E-mail

| Abercrombie & Fitch Combo 3/3 (5 wt ?).
A casting/fly combo rod with 2 fly tips, 1 casting tip and a reversible handle. Reelseat
marked "Abercrombie & Fitch, New York". The casting tip appears to be
about 8" short, but the rest of the rod is full length. Missing all the guides
on the mid, and a few in other places. A couple big gnaw marks on the grip,
scratches on the reel seat, plier marks on the bottom ferrule of the butt section.

| Unmarked Antique Lancewood 3/2 10'6" (6
wt ?). 1 tip 3" short, 2nd tip 6" short. 2nd tip has been broken at
some point and someone put a ferrule in at the break. This tip is also missing tip-top.
This oldie has spiked ferrules, ring guides, and a carved wooden grip painted
black. Note the very long butt cap. A few wraps starting to unravel, but most
appear intact and all the guides appear to be present. Definitely a conversation
piece. On wood form, no bag. Good. E-mail me with

| Abbey & Imbrie 3/2 8'6" (4-5 wt).
1 tip is 3" short at the ferrule end, and the ferrule is missing. This old
bamboo rod is round. After being glued up the corners were turned down.
Varnish is soft and has fuzz from the form case stuck in it. Otherwise it's a nice
rod, all wraps and guides intact. Agate stripper and tip-tops. Good
decal. Original form case, no bag. Good. E-mail me with
