Running and jogging are
both a favorite activity of mine. It helps keep me feeling young and
healthy. Often, as persons get older they think that it is natural
for them to "sag" and to be less active. Not true. A person
can reach optimum health and maintain it all their living days. It
takes some dedication, and it takes close observation of those who are
healthy and the ways they have achieved the state, then choosing and
observing if it works for you. There maybe some "repair" necessary
to the damage one has allowed so far, but again this damage can be
overcome with steady if small victories in the health arena. I've
done it, so I know others can also. |
