Rental Rates 
Private 5 bedroom house with plenty of room for 12 in a quiet wooded setting. Enjoy your own private hot tub under the pines! You will be minutes from the ski slopes, Lake Tahoe and the casinos.
Rates: $330/night (excluding holidays)
10% discount for 7 or more nights (excluding holidays)
Two night minimum stay, four night minimum when booking more than 30 days in advance. One week minimum during Christmas and New Year. Some holidays require longer minimum stay.
Please note: Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property--- either in the house or outside.

$100 per stay cleaning fee. $400 refundable deposit. Property subject to 10% city tax (tax subject to change). Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposits are required on all reservations. In event of cancellation, deposit and/or pre-paid rent may be subject to forfeiture. Rents are payable in full at least two weeks prior to rental date. Some holiday rents may require further advance payment and larger deposits.
