say can and will be used against you in a court of law." You have all
heard this before. What it means is DO NOT TALK TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS,
investigators, or the prosecutor without advice from your attorney. All too
often the statements you make are misconstrued or may be taken out of context.
You might be tape recorded without your knowledge. Nothing is "off the
record", even if you have not been advised of your Miranda rights
(to remain silent). THE BEST RULE IS TO REMAIN SILENT. THAT IS YOUR
