that falls between the summer
and the fall
and the time before and after a solstice and equinox. The diet for
this time is a simple one and should be used in time of extreme stress.
The changes of the seasons from one to another causes stress as disorders
that develop during a given season will surface again. Exercise and
sex should be curtailed to allow for a clean and clear transition.
The weather is always in flux during these times. Proper precautions
will lead to a healthy year.
