Proper diagnosis is possile with this model such that a person will receive
the same diagnosis from properaly trained practitioners of Oriental Medicine.
While they may be effective when practiced by a properly trained individual,
for reasons of law, unrelatedness to Traditional Oriental Medicine or unproven
technology, they are not considered to be in the scope of practice of Acupuncture.
These devices may not be used or prescribed by acupuncturists in California.
