Health by the Season

Traditional Chinese Medical Knowledge of Seasonal Living

Adapting to the seasons is the foundation of good health and healthy aging.  Knowledge of how the year is changing helps a person to adopt and prevent diseases.  Diet helps to provide a smooth transition from one season to the next.

Any time that you have digestive upset, you can use the diet for the late summer.  This diet is a return to the central foundation of food and digestive action.
