Spring

Season of Wind

Spring is the season of new beginnings.  The time for cleaning out the old and starting new growth.  The liver is the organ associated with the Spring.  Begin to rid the body of the old fats of last year and the winter's toxins accumulated due to the lack of fresh vegetables.  While the sexual urge is growing, be moderate in its expression.  Let it grow from winter's hiddeness to summer's full expression.  The weather starts to warm bringing wind.  Watch for the dizziness, nausea and allergies that the wind brings.

Any time that you have digestive upset, you can use the diet for the late summer.  This diet is a return to the central foundation of food and digestive action.
