Why do I need a crown?

Sealants prevent tooth decay by forming a protective barrier on
the tooth surfaces, covering the natural grooves of the tooth.
Why are my teeth sensitive?
The most commom cause of sensitivity is brushing too hard along
the gum line. Other reasons are gum disease, a fractured or chipped
tooth, tooth wear at the gum line, teeth grinding, and smoking.
