The Flute is an important part of my life.
I've been the principal flute player in the San Jose Wind Symphony (Not to be confused with the San Jose Symphony) for more than twenty years.
I am a founding member of the Board of Directors of the San Jose Wind Symphony, a non-profit organization which promotes band music with concerts and other activities. I have been president of the board; I'm just as happy now to be the librarian.
I also direct the Seraph Choir (2nd through 6th grade children's choir) at our Church. I would be interested in hearing from other Children's Choir directors about what has worked for them and what hasn't.
Before the kids were born I taught Special Ed full time. Now that they are older, I work part-time at the school at our church, as the special education teacher. I also teach flute several afternoons a week.
We've become convinced that the food supplements made by Mannatech are important in helping the immune system to work better, both for currently healthy people and for those who are having health problems.
