| Hi Debbie, My. What a long, strange trip it's been! Seems like only yesterday we were trodding the ol'boards of Combs little theatre regaling the folks with our tour-de-force performances in Endgame. After 9/11 New York changed forever so I sold a tiny little house I'd bought in Brooklyn in 1980 for an obscene amount of money and bought a 13 room Victorian mansion in Old Louisville. Jane (my second wife) and I went into the Bourbon Ball business. We make Happy Balls! handmade Kentucky bourbon candy. ( We're a high-end product using Knob Creek 9-year-old single barrel bourbon and guittard dipping chocolate from San Francisco. ) We make the candy on the third floor of our house. Over the years I wondered about you and your career in California. I stood in for Vince DoNofrio on Law and Order - Criminal Intent for 4 years... so our careers ran a similar course. I just took my SAG pension early ( didn't know how soon their pension fund would dry up and I wanted to get at least SOMETHING now. ) I wish for you all the happiness in the world. Did you and your current significant other managed to get hitched before the fuckin' Mormons (morons?) came marching into California to overturn same sex marriage? (Did you have the procedure? From the online write-up I wasn't quite sure.) Just be happy, my friend. That's the important thing. Life is too short to live your life in any other way or for any other purpose. I've thought about you often over the years and just this morning decided to do an internet search of your ( former ) name. I was floored. You always were a beautiful man and I'm sure your new incarnation is just as comely. Hope you're nowhere near those fires.
