First, try using Hang Up in Advanced Options (turn Advanced Options on in Setup from the WebTV Home page if you haven't already), and then Reconnect. If that doesn't do the trick, I've found that you can usually get back up to speed if you power the box off, and then right back on; this loses all the RAM data, and gives the browser more "room to move." If you're on a particular page you want to go back to, save the page to Favorites before you power off, so you can get right back to it when you power on again.

Mailbox Shortcuts

• While on the Current mail screen, hitting Send will bring up a screen letting you Write a message, without having to click on Write in the sidebar.
• While viewing a message, hitting Send will allow you to Forward the message.
• When finished writing a message, reply, forward, or post, hitting send will let you send, forward, or post without scrolling to the Send button on the message screen.

If you want to save a copy of a post you are submitting to the webtv.users newsgroup , send it in as e-mail to wuapr@corp.webtv.net (this is the address for the moderators, and the same place regular posts to this NG go to), and then go into the Sent Messages area of your mailbox (click on Storage on the sidebar when you're in the main mailbox, then click Sent), open the message you just posted, and Save it to Saved Mail.
