Original McCarthy's String Band plays, as you might guess, string band

hear it.) The band sometimes plays weekends in clement weather on 16th Street in front of the Adobe Bookstore. Or in that drinking establishment, the 3300 Club, at 3300 Mission, on alternate Saturday nights. "Sometimes 4 show up, sometimes 12, they start playing and they don't stop...." says the bartender.
