"Mark" started his show career very late in life for a Miniature Schnauzer -3yrs old. But he made up the time very quickly. Being inexperienced myself, it took me 18 shows to finish him. During this time Mark taught me what it takes to finish a Mini.

He then went on to win the 1991 M.S.C.N.C. Specialty over 34 dogs and collected numerous group placements before retiring at age 6. His final show was under the late Derek Rayne - one of the foremost All Breed Judges of our time. While on the table he asked me how old this dog was? I said 6 yrs old and he said he was in remarkable condition. After winning the breed, I promptly retired him, you just can't get any better recommendation than a Best of Breed win from Mr Rayne.

Mark has gone on to produce 6 Champions and his offspring have produced many more.

Mark left us in December 2000. Since he is the foundation of my breeding program, I will leave his page up for all to see where my dogs get their quality from.
