"Sparky" was the first Jean-Luc pup to finish. A dog with a very up attitude and a very good mover. Although small - 13" tall, he always carried himself in the ring like he owned it. Sparky will produce S&P and B&S and passes on his compact body. He is co-owned by Minnie Kelly of the Hyland Kennels.
