One of the most important ministries of FCC is the Ron Frazier Children's Discovery Center, which is located in our facility.  CDC provides child care to the children of families in our community.

We have expanded our facility adding 3 new classrooms, a new playground and a new kitchen, and remodeling existing classrooms.

Are you all having a sizzling summer? We are having lots of fun here at CDC with this wonderful toasty weather!  We have gotten out our pool and acquired a new Slip n’ Slide.  The kids had a wonderful time during the last week of the regular school year with Spirit Week, which included games and water fun, with a barbecue and jumper as well. We recently took a field trip to Weber Pointe and frolicked in the interactive water fountain down there. If you haven’t stopped by to see the new redevelopment of downtown Stockton, do yourself a favor and go down there! It is a great place for families and kids alike.

The new school year started off with a bang. Manteca Unified has kept us on our toes with a new and improved bell schedule for this year. After long hard hours of crunching numbers, Patricia has once again managed to perform miracles with the craziest of schedules dealt her by the district. The first week came off without a hitch, and our service to three local elementary schools ran smoothly. Our new kindergartners are in the groove and doing great!  They feel like such big kids now.

With sadness we said good-bye to two of our teachers this month.  We wish Ms. Samantha the best of luck as she pursues her college career!  Mrs. Virginia has made the decision to stay home with her two little ones and open her own day care. Good luck and blessings to them both.  We appreciate all their love and dedication to our little ones and will miss them greatly.
