All the members and participants in the life of the congregation are ministers of the church.  The following are people with special callings.

 OFFICE VOLUNTEERS

The ministry of the church exists only because of the many volunteers that give their time and energy to the various programs and ministries of the congregation.  Pictured on the left are two important office volunteers, Lois Ratto and Katie Harnack.

ACTING PASTOR

Rev. Vaughn Beckman is our Acting Pastor.

PASTOR

 

He is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas, but no stranger to Northern California. His family moved to San Diego in 1958 and later to the Bay Area, when he was 15 years old. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Cal State Hayward. He went on to earn his masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. He worked as a social worker for two years before moving to Indiana to become a substance abuse specialist.

A masters degree of divinity from Christian Theological Seminary at Indianapolis followed before he took a pastorate in Olney, Ill. for two years and then the Wellsville, N.Y., Disciples of Christ Church. He is an ordained minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

Tara Richmond and Deb Satterthwaite share duties as our Financial Administrators, serving both the School and the Church. She is in the church office each week day. their email address is fcc1234@pacbell.net
