• Gustave Caillebotte's Rainy Day Paris Street
  That Street today In 1877 Caillebotte painted the intersection just north of the Gare Saint Lazare in the 8th arrondissement where Rue de Moscow intersects Rue de Turin. This photo of that intersection was taken in April of 1999, 122 years after the painting. An amazing amount of detail is still identiafiable as the same.
