Auction Terms and Rules
- All vehicles are sold "As Is". All sales are final.
- Preview time is 10AM-12PM day of the auction.
- Auction starts at 12 noon "Rain or Shine".
- All cars will have passed the California Smog test and have been detailed.
- DMV forms provided on-site upon purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to complete
and submit DMV paperwork.
- Vehicles must be paid in full and removed from the lot the day of auction, or between
10 a.m. and 3 p.m. the Monday immediately following the auction day.
Vehicles remaining after that time will result in the winning bidder's forfeiture
of any deposit or payment already made on that vehicle, and the vehicle
shall remain the
property of SFPAA.
- Some Mechanic Specials will be sold.
These Mechanic Specials will be sold to Dealers, Mechanics and Dismantlers
ONLY!!!
(Proof of Dealer's license or Dismantler's license required.)
- Auction business hours are:
Auction day 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
The Monday after, for late pickups, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
