ORDERING/PAYMENT METHODS
ON-LINE PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD: Please click on the shopping cart icon located at each item you want and it will take you painlessly through the shopping/checkout process. For international on-line purchases, go through the above described shopping/checkout process and we will notify you with the additional postage amount.
ORDERS VIA MAIL (U.S. AND CANADA): Please click on the icon below and download/print out the GWD order form. Be sure to include the following information; item number, quantity, description and price. Or, you may write the aforementioned information on a piece of paper. Refer to the shipping and handling table on the order form and add this amount to your total cost. Our mailing/contact information is on the GWD order form. Also, you may click on the e-mail envelope icon below to let us know your order is coming and/or to ask us any questions you may have. Please make payment via U.S. money order or Western Union. No personal checks or Canadian money orders accepted.
INTERNATIONAL MAIL ORDERS OTHER THAN CANADA: Click on the e-mail envelope icon below and send us the following information for the items you want to order; item number, quantity, description and price. We will calculate your order and notify you with the shipping costs via air and surface mail. Also, you may write or telephone us with the aforementioned information regarding your order.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING TERMS: In most cases, we use USPS Priority Mail with Confirmation. Insured shipping is extra and at the customer's expense.
