Make a police report.   I should have done this after notifying the manager of a lack of attentiveness by a Palo Alto Family YMCA lifeguard.  He said he would bring the subject up in the next meeting.  But less than a year later,  a female member was found dead, by an attending lifeguard, floating in the pool.

Take them to court.  Their Moral Order is no match for a nation of laws that call for the separation of church and state which is necessary if you are a male having a  gay lifestyle, a female and happen to prefer being lesbian, a bisexual who enjoys dating both guys and gals, wish to use the locker room to change clothes and shower, and be sociable by talking about your work and family life while doing you're routine, without being ostracized ^* and called immoral by their staff.

Try to have any employee or member who harasses or causes trouble with their actions or comments, such as a gossiping evening Manager at the Page Mill YMCA who inflames the threatening gang member type janitor, by writing down what happened, audio taping them, video recording them, and photographing them for reporting purposes because their security volunteers, who are quick and efficient at setting-up a perceived molester with a child or children, are not good at impartial policing.

 If the YMCA does not comply, by respecting and treating people fairly, they will have to cease doing business in this city."
