Weddings. Say what? Yes, weddings. I recently officiated at my friends' (Scoop and Melissa) wedding after being ordained as a reverend by the Universal Life Church. And it went pretty well. So now I figure what the heck? You want to get married cheap, quick and with a sense of humor? According to a recent article in the New York Times, amateur preachers are charging between $350 - $800.
