HTM Co is spearheading an initiative to bring the business processes into a “paperless” world that is in concert with the revolutionary interactive digital media foundation of this research division. We are charged with creating a document repository for paper based business archives and enabling current business processes to become workflow enabled.
Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services was selected as the baseline repository system for ICT because of the relatively small volume of documents and transactions. Kofax Capture services has been selected so that documents can be scanned and indexed directly to Sharepoint. Implementation is underway.
