SOUTHERN ONTARIO, CANADA, WORKING GROUP REPORT. DECEMBER 1996/JANUARY
1997.

Jennifer Jarvis - Working Group Co-Ordinator

I attended the AMBASSADORS TO THE UNIVERSE retreat and training session
in Crestone, Colorado, in June of last year. I would just like to
mention how very valuable this training was in gaining confidence with
field research. Also, a thank you to all those who arranged, led and
took part in the five-day gathering. A most memorable experience!

I subsequently set up an informal working group late in the summer
having "found" a very appropriate and secluded site for fieldwork.
When I say "found", it was more like a string of synchronicities led to
this research site!!

Several people accompanied me to this site on an ongoing basis, and
during that time there were quite a few reports of late night activity
observed by the occupants of the property.

Occurrences reported were:-

* One person being pursued by a round white light source down the road
from the farm.

* A beam of light rising up vertically from the end of the farm track.

* Two "small aircraft" shooting red beams out at each other and
disappearing off together at a high speed.

* A beam of light coming down the wall of the master bedroom....time
recorded.

* Inside of farmhouse filled with soft white light, and whooshing noise
outside
like air being let out of a tire. Dogs barked wildly and then went
deadly
 silent.

* Small child slept in chair instead of bed because he wanted to watch
all the coloured lights outside.

* Strange ribbons or streaks of red. Are these those "rods" about
which I have been reading?

* One aircraft displaying a blue light!

* "My star" the farm owner calls it. This "star" has little stars
which come out of it and then go back in.

It was decided that we might like to call a gathering at some central
location in order to discuss what was happening in the area, and set up
some organized field sessions.

Just before Christmas I led an informal workshop giving the assembly an
overview of CSETI. Many questions and answers followed. We did a
short meditation and CTS practice took place.
Earlier in the evening they had done some practice in Remote Viewing
objects which had been wrapped and placed in a box in the middle of the
work room. This revealed some ability in certain members.

On December 12th, two other members and myself went out to do a field
session.
We arrived on site at 6.30 p.m. to get dressed in all our rain gear.
I had received information from T. Roy Dutton in England, that there
would be three possible opportunities for some "activity" during the
evening. Roy Dutton is an ex-aerospace engineer, who has been
researching UFO/Crop Circle activity for about 30 years, and has
developed a method of predicting possible "encounter" opportunities.
These charts will provide date and time information, and most likely
locations in a given area.

We put on our raingear as it was pouring down, and the wind was
incredible. In a few minutes the rain had ceased but the wind continued
to blow the farm shed doors.

Suddenly, it seemed to get very dark, and eerily quiet. We stood
facing south towards Lake Ontario amd there suddenly appeared a bright
white flash behind us, which made us all turn around to the north.
Meanwhile, the sky had darkened further, and a thick fog had closed in
so that we had almost zero visibility. The wind had completely
dropped, and there was a weird feeling all around.

A short time elapsed and we were then all facing in a westerly
direction. I did not see this next event, but this is how the taped
report went:-

19.26 hrs. Facing west (myself on tape).....two blue "flashes"....better
description from the two witnesses....

Monique: "The lights moved...they moved about 2 or 3 feet apart. When
they flashed
again, we flashed our lights and (they) came on again."

Jody: "It was like a blue light on a dimmer switch and it went from low
to intense and lit up the back of the barn...it did it twice and it was
like a blue-whitish light."

Jennifer: "We are now back by the barn."

Monique: "The first time I see it light up was about there (exactly due
West and approximately 60 degrees from horizon).....the second time was
about there (W.S.W. same angle).

Jody: "I saw something different....I didn't see anything in the
sky....I thought what I saw was on the ground, and it was lighting from
the ground up....that's the way it appeared to me."

(Some time elapses)

Jennifer: "It is probably 20.15 - this is SHODDY timing - we haven't
checked it!"

Jody: "I don't know what time it is. I saw a light come up beyond,
probably about a hundred yards out, facing directly south. It came up
like a searchlight from the west and it spun across right over to the
east and disappeared, and I saw it in the fog.

Jennifer: "This gives us some idea that it isn't too far away."

Jody: "No, about a hundred yards away. Okay. When I saw the beam of
light we were not aware of the time.....we had to check the time, and it
was 20.20 hrs."

Jennifer: "I was facing south and I felt as if I were tipping over
towards the south direction but it wasn't my physical body that was
tipping....I felt dizzy."

Jody: "I noticed a sensation on my feet like I was being pulled by some
kind of beam...and a nausea feeling."

Monique: "I felt kind of queasy...like shaky.."

ROY DUTTON ran these event timings through his computer. He said, in
his reply to me: "The timings of your strange light events were
generally in accordance with expectations - so they might have been
ET-produced."

The site that we use is an organic flower farm in the middle of
nowhere! A good secure location, no traffic, not much air traffic, and
out of range of the major radar. (I purchased a pilot's map to give
details of all the airfields and their radar sweep capabilities).

Monique had a good sighting at Port Hope, by Lake Ontario, on January
18th, 1997, at 07.00 hrs. She saw 7 zigzagging lights zipping around
over the lake into the sunrise. This was confirmed by two UFO groups
with witnesses reporting sightings at Rice Lake, Harwood and Cold
Springs. We are certainly seeing an abundance of activity everywhere!

The SOUTHERN ONTARIO WORKING GROUP met again on January 23rd for an
information night. Concerns about ET were addressed, R.V. practice was
very encouraging, and I went over Dr. Greer's paper "ALL THAT
GLITTERS..." as this seemed to address concerns that so many people have
with the "ALIEN ABDUCTION" scene.

The group will be meeting on February 6th in preparation for a field
work weekend on February 15/16. It was -23 degrees C on our previous
session on January 12th....we are a hardy bunch up here in THE GREAT
WHITE NORTH!!!!!!
