We're sorry about two days of 'Fight Club'

(SAN JOSE)- Good thing we have a brand-new complaint service. It's cut down on the time we used to spend answering phones in the studio, allowing us much more creative pursuits, such as going online to check horse-race results and read The Drudge Report.

Wanda, our complaint-line expert, says this job is far more dangerous and stressful than her previous job with the LAPD Bomb-Disposal Unit. "There, I could wear earplugs," Wanda said.
