"Welcome
to my lair, I have been expecting you." You flinch as a warm hand suddenly
brushes your shoulder.
"Relax, and don't worry, you are
with friends."
You are about to say something,
but before the words cross your lips, tiny lights appear before your eyes.
You are dazzled by the sparkles for a moment, then you realize that you
are seeing the stars above you. The light wind shifts the dark clouds further,
and the Jellicle moon appears. You gasp at the strange landscape before
you. You tear your gaze away from the haunting junkyard to look at your
companion. There is a sleek black feline at your side.
"Welcome to the land of the Jellicle"
she says in that melodious voice of hers.
"Jellicle?" you say to yourself,
"What's a Jellicle Cat?"
The ebony feline only smiles.
