This site presents information pertaining to Regenass families who had their roots in the Lampenberg, Bennwil and Ramlinsburg regions of Baselland, Switzerland. Initially it was primarily oriented on American families based on extensive genealogical research results initiated by Dr. G.W. Regenos who died in 1987. Swiss ancestors of Dr. G.W. Regenos besides Hans Jakob Regenass include: Hans Graff , Hans Georg Merckly and Hans Peter Summy. Since 1997 this database has been expanded to include the family tree back to its origins in Switzerland. Although primarily limited to Regenass Families it also includes many other families linked by marriage.
