Hello!   My name is Julie.  I have an Advanced Class Amateur Radio License.   I enjoy contests such as Field Day and CQP.  The picture below was taken when I was operating Field Day 1998.  We do Field Day at my families ranch in Latrobe, California.   We have done Field Day at the ranch 9 times. We use my dads call sign KN6OX.   The Hams that participate in our Field Day event include a great group of Amateur Radio Operators.  Every year we do something different.  It is a fun filled weekend.  I am very much looking forward to Field Day 2002.  Our 10th Field Day at the ranch! My busy life does not leave me with much time to play with radios. I work in the telecommunications field. I have been with the same company for over 14 years. I have been in my current position since 1999. I was born and raised in Northern CA. I enjoy spending time outdoors. Especially camping and playing in the river at the ranch. I have one son Anthony, who is 11 years old and in the 6th grade. Good times with family and friends are very special to me!

Anthony loves to play sports. He started playing baseball when he was 5 years old. He played on the 2001 Folsom American Little League 10 year old All Star Team. He has played Recreation Basketball for a couple of years. His favorite sport is Soccer. Last year he made the Olympic Development Program. (ODP).  He played on a Select Team the Folsom Fireball for 3 years. The Fireball is a very good soccer team. They were undefeated last season in league games. They play indoor at Metro City Soccer once a week. They consistently win and dominate their division. Anthony is currently playing with a Competitive Team the El Dorado United Crew. They won the Snickers State Cup 2002 and are ranked #1 in Northern California. When he is not playing sports Anthony likes to ride his skateboard.
