Jack has taught Triathlon Training at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill for 15 years. The course is great for new triathletes that have a base level of fitness. Advanced triathletes can also benefit from the structured training schedule which includes drills, interval sessions and a sprint triathlon each week. The training areas include a 50 meter outdoor pool, track, par course and trail runs, and a loop bike course with bike lanes. Jack encourages and prepares students to compete for future races and to achieve their personal goals.
The class is held on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from noon to 1:40pm. The class is only $13 per semester, incredible, but true. For more information, you can contact Jack at (925) 685-1230 ext. 786.
