Comments: A ride for those who prefer less mileage or climbing than the route to the coast. The climb up King's Mountain Road is mostly shaded and consistent in grade. The descent on Skyline Road has good sightlines and can be a lot of fun. Use caution during the decent on Highway 92 due to possible heavy traffic and couple of relatively tight turns.
