High carbo diet, I eat a lot, all the time. Champion nutrition, metabolol, cytomax.

Softride Power V, Profile bars, Speedplay pedals, Spinergy Wheels, Giro helmet, Tinley clothes, Oakley glasses, Timex watch, and O'neil wetsuit.
Goals
High goal: Do well in the "Triple Crown" Triathlon, Ironman, ITU Worlds, and the US National Championship. Obtain sponsors for the 1996 Triathlon season.
Short-1 year: Top 3 at ITU Worlds and the US National Championship. Break 10 hours in Hawaii.
Mid-1-3 years: Stay at the top of the 30-34 age division.
Longterm-3-5 years: Compete in the Olympic Trials race in 1999-2000.
