Sally has authored 12 books, which has pioneered women and men's participation in triathlon.  The Heart Rate Monitor Book, which has been read extensively and recommended by athletes in all sports, is one of the best resources for understanding and getting the most out of your heart rate monitor. Sally is CEO of Heart Zones Company, which conducts a series of Heart Zone Training Seminars.

As the national spokesperson for the Danskin Women's Triathlon Series, many women have been introduced and subsequently hooked to the sport through the Danskin Triathlon. I remember Sally years ago at the pre-race clinic providing a race strategy and tips that instilled confidence and courage to us newbies. Virtually every triathlete has been affected by her contributions to the sport.
