FROZEN BREAD CARAMEL ROLLS

2 ( l - lb.)  loaves frozen bread dough
(or equivalent of frozen parkerhouse rolls)
1 cup sugar
1 large package vanilla pudding, not instant
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbl. milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pecans, optional
 
Thaw bread but do not let rise.  Great 9x13 pan.  Tear loaf into pieces and drop into pan.  Melt butter, add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth.  Pour over the torn up loaf.  Tear up other loaf and put in top.  Let it rise.  Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.  Cool about 15 minutes.
