SOFT, MOIST, AND GOOEY CINNAMON BUNS- Bread Machine

 

1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons melted butter
4 tablespoons water
1/2 package (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup nuts, optional
1 teaspoon milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (needs more)
4 tablespoons soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
 
1.  In bread machine place milk, beaten egg, melted butter, water, pudding, bread flour, sugar, salt and yeast.  Put on dough cycle.
2.  When cycle is finished remove and roll out dough to large rectangle 17-10.
3.  Mix soft butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl.  Spread over dough.  Starting w/ widest end, roll the dough in a log and pinch the end down.  Cut into 15- 1 inch slices and put on greased jelly roll pan 15x10.  Allow to rise to doubled.
4.  Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes on lower rack.
5.  Mix frosting ingredients of milk, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla and spread over warm rolls.
