MASTER PIZZA DOUGH

(BREAD MACHINE)-(THANKS "Y")

 

 

 

1 cup water (70 to 80 degrees)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
 
Put ingredients in bread machine on dough cycle.  When done roll onto pan that's been sprayed and sprinkled with corn meal.  Fits a large round 16 inch pizza pan.  Top with sauce, cheese and toppings and bake on low rack at 475 degrees for 13 or more minutes.
