AeroHydroponics - the ultimate in propagation
by cutting -
"Cloning"
If you have ever tried propagating cuttings in rockwool, pearlite, or some other mix, you know
that sucess rates can be as low as 50%. You are tied to daily misting and watering schedules, humidity control, cloning solutions & foliar feed mixes. Plus there is the mystery of how large of a cutting to take and the trimming of leaves to prevent plant dehydration.
With AEROHYDROPONIC propagation you eliminate all of this. The whole process is
automated and you simply use water for the rooting process.
Added benefites are:
- You can take very large cuttings. This produces larger heathier plants, which translates to
shorter crop cycles.
- Plant growth continues. Normally cuttings stop growing until they root, but not in this
system. The cutting actually continues to grow, even without roots.
- Rooting times are drastically reduced. What normally takes weeks, now takes days. I didn't
believe this until I tried it.
- Higher Rooting Success Rates - you get nearly 100% rooting success every time.
- Compact & self contained. The unit that I am making available is built into a 3.5 gallon
bucket.
- Large capacity - each unit can hold upto 30 cuttings.
I have bee comtemplating posting plans for this unit for several years know. I have yet to come up with a method of construction that is relatively easy and does not requre less than significant shop tools. The main problem wih the construction of this unit is the need for a lathe and a table saw and the availability of some of the parts. For these reasons I have set up an assembly line process that allows me to construct them in quantity for sale at a price considerably lower than retail value.
See the ONLINE STORE for details.
Read the instructions included with each unit.
