We believe that the opportunity to ask serious questions, no matter how small, is something that can benefit both teens and adults. We are doing this on a trial basis until we know what kind of volume we will get and what pattern they fall into. It is our intent to get the answers to the questions posted in the shortest time possible, but we are asking everyone to be patient while we go through this start-up phase. Here are the initial guidelines we have decided on:

1. To protect your confidentiality, we will not reveal your e-mail address, and will not return answers by e-mail if specified not to. Instead, we will post questions and their answers on a special page where everyone can benefit from them and you can look for the answer to your question at your convenience. You will find the "ANSWER PAGE" in our "Teens" section.

2. We will not identify senders by full name or e-mail address. Names and addresses are confidential. . It would be helpful to know if you are male or female, and what your age is.

3. You can look for your question & answer to appear on the "Answer" page (Teen Section), hopefully, within 7 days, though we will do our best to post them sooner. Some questions may be archived and displayed again later if they are particularly helpful to everyone.

4. All questions and answers become the property of Teen Clinic of Grass Valley and may be used to benefit others in future publications or postings. Again, anonymity will be protected.
