Born 1990 by 1995 the band has had a large following in the underground music scene. At one point Steven Segal was interested in playing guitar and when the band was on the verge of contract the main players moved to different states. Now reformed in Northern California and with the newest release
"Eat It Up"
While watching a very bad band with a two chord progression grind out
a badly out of tune song on MTV we thought we should try to add a new flavor to some of this
trash and to do a little littering ourselves.go back
Jamie Harrison under the disguise of being a "Dead Head", traveled throughout the country and was giving sample cassettes
to balloon heads and sneaking extra ones into backpacks of European and Asian travelors. He also sat in many small radio station studio's
playing the originals.go back
Eraserheadland was actually coined at the breakfast table after a three week recording session when everyone was drinking coffee.
We thought that we had gone to another country because the tree's looked like pencils.go back
We recorded the first song on a 4 track in Laurel Canyon in November of 1989 and the name of that song
