Clips From the Unknown

Do you get these back from Kodak when you send your films in for developing? I do. And, for some strange reason, I have always been fascinated by other people's filmmaking. The one above seems to say "St. Francis de Sales... School Fair" or something like that. Nice title! So, the next time you get a roll back from Kodak, see if it includes a few frames from someone else's project. And, if it contains an outrigger canoe on it, chances are its mine (see below).


  



Oh, these last two images are on the Sacramento River - that's the Rio Vista bridge there on the right. It was my closing scene on my 8-minute movie "Rio 50" documenting a 50-mile canoe trip down the river.
