SR Gabriel Consulting - Brentwood, California
Gabe had purchased a new Windows XP computer from Dell. He spent three days copying his files to floppy, from his old Windows98 computer. End result? None of his software was on the new computer, his documents were in the wrong places, his email & agenda was missing, and he was unable to connect to the internet. We came in & handled everything, including his transition to DSL. He loves Windows XP, his flat-panel monitor, and the speed of his new setup.

Law Offices of Joshua Friedman - Larchmont, NY
As a lawyer, Mr. Friedman relies on Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Word in his work for his clients. And neither were working right. His old Windows 2000 machine was having trouble opening multiple documents simultaneously. He couldn't open some emails. We sent him a new computer, much smaller than his original, which runs Windows XP (2003.) Everything was the same, but better.

Hazel de Silva, Silva Modeling - Dallas, Texas
Hazel's laptop had a failing hard drive, running Windows 2000. We handled everything, recovered her data, replaced old with new hard drive & more memory, and setup Windows XP (2003). Everything works perfectly now.

After a power failure, a Windows 2000 machine refused to startup. This was a critical machine, which contained important data. We handled everything. In addition, an old laptop running DOS (and some very important programs) was giving them trouble. We handled everything. New computers, with all the old data & programs intact and usable. Complex high-tech stuff made easy for our client once again.

EMG Music Clearance - Studio City, California
EMG purchased three new workstations to replace three aging ones. We handled transferring everything to the new workstations, over the weekend, so that employees could continue working on Monday. Windows 2003 on every one.

Two Windows98 computers were experiencing slowdowns and crashes. Time for new computers? We removed virus and spyware infections, transferred everything to new machines. We handled everything, and all the clients emails & data works the same on these speedy replacements. Windows 2003 on both.
