Dear Brother Knights,
Brother Forrest Krabbe has promised a good meal for our ladies and members for Ladies' night on April 16. Monika Rodman, Director of the Diocesan Respect Life Ministry will be our guest speaker that evening. Monika Rodman has earned a master's degree in Divinity from the Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley in 1995 and since that year has coordinated the Respect Life Ministry and the post-abortion outreach called "After the Choice" for the Diocese of Oakland. She is a very dynamic speaker and it would be well worth your bringing your Lady or guest to this event.
Thank you Brother Ted Chrobot for stepping in and chairing the Father/Daughter/Grand-Daughter night. While the attendance was a little low, the food was excellent and everyone had a good time.
The Blue Mass followed by the Blue and Gold Awards banquet has been changed to the 8 a.m. mass at Queen of All Saints on Sun. May 5th. Please plan on attending this mass with your family to honor our local fire department, sheriff and law enforcement personnel.
It would be nice to have a good group of Knights and their wives attend the Oakland Diocese Chapter Testimonial Dinner honoring our State Deputy, James Scroggins and Chapter President Mark Chatigny on April 27th. See details in this edition of the Echo.
